Mooring Permits
Each mooring that sits in Gouldsboro waters is required to have a mooring permit. This was voted on and took effect at a special public hearing on July 27, 2023. Each mooring is $51 and needs to be paid when the application is submitted. The 2023 – 2024 applications were due November 15, 2023.

**Please be aware, Mooring fees are due by July 1st each year and can be paid up until August 30th without penalty. Starting September 1st, a late fee of $25 will be charged to any unpaid mooring permits.**
